Very early failure nickle tubes (99%)due to heavy pitting ( within 7 days) of Ticl4 vapouriser with steam on tube side about 300deg centi observed especially on upper half of U bend side of the tubes. I suspect it could be due to crevice corrosion. I cannot alter tube material due to process requirement. Please advise the solution
