Answer:
With the standard disclaimer that information posted in a discussion forum is provided "as is", corrosion rates of 316SS in 73% nitric acid should be low, if you are referring to ambient temperature exposure. I have no data regarding nitrogen oxides; however, they should not be corrosive.
