Hi Debasis As Mr. Srinivasan says P 11 and P 22 are both air hardening grades and according thickness require pre heat and PWHT. In some conditions according a proper WPQ in parts not subjected under pressure, as skin thermocouples welding, valve sealing and weld seams up to 6mm the PWHT in these cases can be avoided by using Inconel 182 electrodes.
