I'm doing project on the different types of technical equipments required to do QA check and test on the various types of fasteners...I 'm searching for the purpose/ how the machince/equipment works(Functions).. Some are done by hendriz grp.. For instance: Chemical Analysis Tensile Testing SEM/EDS Analysis Drop Weight Tear Testing Wear Testing Hardness Testing Corrosion Testing Heat Treating Grain Size Dermination Charpy/Izod Toughness Tests Weld Procedure Qualifications Volume Fraction Analysis Coating Thickness Measurements Salt Fog Testing Material Type Verification Reverse Engineering 1. 0%7E30 ton computer servo controll material testing 2. Mircro Camera (Micro strength test material testing camera) 3. metallographlical-form machine (Hardness test) 4. Abrasive cutting machine (Screw cutter for strength test) 5 .200m stereo microscope (fastener appearance check) 6. Counter-electrolysis electroplate tester (Plate coating test) 7. Salt spary machine (Surface treatment test) 8. concentricity gauge (Appearance check) 9. 3-wire gauge set 10. Dial Indiccating Torque wrentch (plug torque performance) 11. Levelling Block (various instrument check) 12. guage Block set (Equipment test) 13. Concentricity gauge On top of that,i hope you can make some recommendation of machines for some of the test below: 1. Tensile/Proff load test 2. plating thickness 3. Carburized & decarburized 4.Torsion Strength 5. Surface Disc 6. Ductility 7. Salt Spray 8. Washer Hardness. (Any idea where i can have more information on them?or is there anyone with ans for me) On top of that, I'm also finding out more on the 2 international stds namely : ASIM & ISO I'm also covering on the Inspection plan of this 2 stds.. if anyone has got information for me kindly feedback THANKS :)
