Can someone tell me what is the best machinable aluminum alloy, which have 100% machinability?

Amira: Most of the non-heat treatable aluminum alloys can be easily machined. We are not familiar with the term "100% machineable". Hope this helps! David Hendrix The Hendrix Group Inc.
