I'm using brazing technology to repair aeronautical part. Currently, I have the problem that my parent material is melting at the same temperature than the brazing material. How could I braze with lower temperature but with the same brazing material ?

Tintin: It would seem to be intuitively obvious that it's not possible to successfully braze at a lower temperature than the melting point of the braze material. Either the substrate or the braze may have to be changed. There are several solders that melt at a low temperature. David Hendrix The Hendrix Group Inc.
