services that we are using stainless steel for water and/or water oil service where chloride ions are present. Examples of the services are all wellhead ESDVs trims and plug/ball, and internals of CPI/IGF. In these services we are using 316SSand for process water stripper some bidders are using 304SS. Would you please advise us of the service compatibility of 316SS and 304SS. If these materials are not suitable what kinds of materials would be recommended for this application? Thanks, Regards,
