Hi We have an oil carbon steel coil for sampling purpose cooled by sea water . The coil leak by the sea water corrosion externally. In order to protect this coil from the external corrosion we recommend upgrading it to 70-30 Copper/nickel. The carbon steel coil internally was in good condition is there any possibility to have an internal corrosion due to little amount of the hydrogen sulfide and salt (no ammonia)in the oil water phase that may effect the copper/nickel . if yes is there any alternative Thanks Mark Mor
