Repair Management of Pin Hole Leaks : - (1) If you want to do Repair On-Line you can apply either Good Quality Chlorine Free Belzona or there are other on-line leak repair cold sealing materials available worldwide (2) If you want to do your rectifications off-line after shutdown better you do repair with ER 309L-Mo spot welding after necessary surface preparation and decontaminations. No preheat is required. Repair Management of Cracks :- (1) If you want to do Repair On-Line you can use Water activated Polyurethane Resin reinforced by FibreGlass ( STOP-IT type repair Bandages ) using specific procedures. (2) If you do want to repair Cracks Off-Line then 1st do a Dp Test and assess the length and depth aspects --> Drill Arrest the crack ends --> Gouge Out the crack and do re-DP to ensure no crack --> Build-Up by ER 309L-Mo . regards and if you have any other alternate procedure kindly share here.
