Dear sir Hi again in API guide for inspection of refinary equipment chapter II page 37 has written "long exposure at temperature between 1000 to 1300F will sensitize the alloy but will ultimatly leave it stabilized" In catalic reformer unit we have a heater wich has ss347 stabilized tubes and ran at 1050 0F and without stabilizing heat treatment on welds ,so according to API we shouldn't be worry about sentisization . best ragards
