Is there any inspection technique to inspect the corrosion under insulation without removing the insulation? Please if yes I want to know the vendor in order to be available for our inspectors. Thanks a lot

The answer is YES and YES. There may be number of Vendors and one of the service providor came to my notice who is catering the entire south east asia including Shell Global , Exxon Mobil and so on so forth is named as " ESCON TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD" . You can have detail outlook of this vendor at www.escon-ndt.com. The person is K.S.Venkataraman M.Sc.(NDT) and is giving CUI Inspection with high degree of reliability and reproducibility with LRUT technologies. Recently , he has given a presentation in my Plant and we are satisfied with the presentation. You may contact him.
