I suppose that h2s condensation moisture from the burning gases around those tubes close to the refractory walls create high acidic liquors over tube surfaces with great corrosion activity with pitting trend leading to tube rupture. Maybe I would be a good idea if possible to make pig ultrasonics on your convection zone to rank your tubes in terms of thickness lost to find other potential ruptures. Regards Luis
