Hi Oil fuel Tank roof internally corroded due the vapor phase corrosion. It is coated and even so, the coating became blistering and there is corrosion accumulation beneath the coating. The condition of the roof is really too bad and two holes were found. The roof is fixed roof. Dear Gents, Is there coating better the coating what we have (APCS-2c). Thanks

If you use coventional epoxy coating and due to temperature limitation the coating will not last long. One way to avoid vapor space corrosion is inert gas blanketting on the vapor space. Or otherwise go for Inorganic zinc silicate primer coat with top of coat heat resistant alunminium paint. regards, krish
