Can a new/ pre-commissioning diesel oil tank be internally coated with simple linseed oil ? Linseed oil being heavy having fatty acids , can it react with diesel and can peel off into diesel contaminating diesel product and tank bottom plate and can become food for SRB ? need all your expert opinion.
