We welded a SS tank which had some cracks in it - filled it with water - no leaks - filled it with chemical - no leaks - drained it , filled it with another chdemical at 200 F and it is leaking - question - could it be possibly be these welds - why? and ho wdo we prevent it next time... - tank is 7 ' dia by 20 ft tall....

Did you penetrent test the welds after the repairs?
