Dear My client has a Francis Impeller to power generation. This Impeller was made in blades of CF8 casting and welded in the equipment. The Blades was broken in service. In the microstruture has a thin cracks like a fadigue or stress cracks. The Impeller worked at 5 years. I would like to know how to cause this ocorrence in the Impeller? regards
