I used for A333 Grade 6 for -49 deg. for first and second runs (TIG process) ESAB OK Tigrod 13.26 and than for Fill and Cap ESAB OK 48.08. The average value of impact tests was (10x7.5mm): - weld metal : 98. - fusion line : 156 - fusion line +2mm : 159 - fusion line + 5mm : 117.

Calin Thank you for the input of weld impact test results. Impact test results given are really high and consistently good quality. To get Fusion line impact value of 159 J and 117 J at 2 mm and 5 mm shows consistent high quality welding with ESAB filler wires. Even weld metal had shown a high value close to 100 J Regards C.V.Srinivasan Nishi Engineers Pvt Ltd India Aug 6, 2005 E-mail: nishi@vsnl.com >I used for A333 Grade 6 for -49 deg. for first and second >runs (TIG process) ESAB OK Tigrod 13.26 and than for Fill >and Cap ESAB OK 48.08. >The average value of impact tests was (10x7.5mm): > - weld metal : 98. > - fusion line : 156 > - fusion line +2mm : 159 > - fusion line + 5mm : 117.
