14500 ppm is too high for a 316L also 'cause your working temp is above 30 %C2°C. i'll sugegst a duplex / super duplex or super-austenitic stainless steel. have a look at this paper from NIDI it will give you good advice for materials selection of pump in saline water. Saline Water Materials Nickel Development Institute reference book series, 2nd ed., 1994.
