After few week of operation , we have noticed severe corrosion of Crude Column Reflux Drum Demister pad .I am suspecting corrosion due to chloride as during initial start up desalter was not in line. Wire mesh SS304 have become fragile and getting broken on samll twist. Temp.in the equipment remains 150 to 200 DegC, pressure is approx.2 Kg/Cm2 Thanks in advance Let me know the reasons please.
