So far as galvanic corrosion under aq. environment is concerned under dissimilar metal intimacy , a standard selection guideline is given that to mitigate galavanic corrosion a 50mv potential difference between the two metal is a minimum requirement for the selection. Does anyone having any experience ( under lab basis) that having potential difference less than 50mv has given satisfactory performance or potential difference more than 50 mv has given very bad performance. May pl. share. regad
