I am not Metallurgical Engineer so want to clarify this doubt by any expert. Please help. If two sheets of steel are brazed together and immersed in electrolyte, which will corrode ? If instead of this we take Carbon steel plates, which will corrode, braze or carbon steel plate ?

If you elaborate the question we can give necessary comments. Please clarify the following:- 1)What type of material are you going to use? 2)What type of brazing filler wire are you going to use? 3)What is the filler wire? 4)Intended usage of the above joint? 5)Are you going to join carbon steel plate by brazing? Why dont you think of welding? regards,
