Hello, Is there no galvanic corrosion if carbon steel is welded with SS304 in high purity gaseous oxygen piping? appreciate the response. regards, Rahimi

Sir: Galvanic corrosion is only a concern with an aqueous, corrosive environment in the external circuit. With your stated application, galvanic corrosion should not be a concern. Hope this helps! David Hendrix The Hendrix Group Inc.
